About

Company

Our mission is to provide tools to support litigants in achieving the best finanical outcome for their needs. We do this by providing software that assembles litigation facts and provides information on the risk of accepting or rejecting a settlement offer. A rejection of a settlement offer is the equivalent of investing that gain into a trial. This is often a major financial decision. In other areas of investment like mortgages, 401K portfolio selection and retirement planning, people use purpose built tools to inform their decisions. Theo aims to be that for settlement talks in litigation.
